Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are bindingly scheduled by the Idune Center.
If a cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment is necessary, the customer must notify us in a timely manner—at least 24 hours before the appointment. If the appointment is not canceled in time, Idune GmbH Aesthetics & Longevity reserves the right to charge the customer for the resulting loss of earnings.

• For appointments on Mondays, we kindly ask for cancellation at least 48 hours in advance.

• In case of short-notice cancellations (less than 24 or 48 hours in advance), we are obliged to charge you for the appointment. The cost corresponds to the booked service, or a maximum of CHF 250.00 per hour.

Validity of Subscriptions

All purchased subscriptions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
