1. Scope and General Information
This privacy policy applies to all individuals ("customers") who visit our website www.idune.ch. idune is committed to responsible handling of customer data in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.

2. Website Visit
When you visit our website, data such as date, time, browser request, and general information about the operating system and browser are temporarily stored in a log file. These data are used to ensure the usability of the idune website and form the basis for anonymous, statistical evaluations to identify trends and improve our offerings. IP addresses are only evaluated by idune in the event of attacks on its network infrastructure.
idune uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. Google Analytics uses "cookies" to analyze website usage and compile reports. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.

3. Security and Liability
The privacy of our customers is very important to us. However, we cannot guarantee complete security, as no internet transmission can be fully secure. idune is not responsible for unauthorized actions by third parties or resulting damages.

4. Email Inquiries
Customers can submit inquiries via the website. To do so, they must provide their email address and name. Additionally, they may voluntarily provide more information (such as language or date of birth) to help us offer a more personalized service.

The contact details you provide when using our services are required for communication. Otherwise, we will not share your contact details with third parties without your consent, unless required to do so by a legal or official order.

idune reserves the right to amend or update the privacy policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing the policy regularly when visiting our website.

General Terms & Conditions (T&C)

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are bindingly scheduled by the Idune Center.
If a cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment is necessary, the customer must notify us in a timely manner—at least 24 hours before the appointment. If the appointment is not canceled in time, Idune GmbH Aesthetics & Longevity reserves the right to charge the customer for the resulting loss of earnings.

For appointments on Mondays, we kindly ask for cancellation at least 48 hours in advance.
In case of short-notice cancellations (less than 24 or 48 hours in advance), we are obliged to charge you for the appointment. The cost corresponds to the booked service, or a maximum of CHF 250.00 per hour.

Validity of Subscriptions

All purchased subscriptions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
